Information you choose to share.

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and a description of the work needed. You may also provide your phone number, business name, site address or suburb and select services. We use these details to respond, discuss the work and arrange a visit where appropriate.

Submitting an enquiry is not a newsletter subscription. Please only include information relevant to your service request and do not send payment card details or other sensitive information.

How the form is protected.

The form sends information to a server for validation before an enquiry can be sent to our team. The business recipient address is set in the server-side mail handler. Mailbox credentials are kept privately outside the public website.

The form uses a secure session cookie, a one-use security token, automated-submission checks and submission limits. These checks process technical information, including a hashed IP address. Our Webcentral-hosted email service processes the enquiry email.

This website uses Google Tag Manager to manage website tags. Depending on the tags configured, Google or other service providers may process usage and device information. See Google’s privacy policy. Hosting and security services may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, for operation and security.
